1. How do you guarantee the parts are original?
All parts are sourced through authorized and long-verified channels. Every shipment includes original date codes and a Certificate of Conformance (COC). Visual, X-ray, and functional inspection - including independent third-party labs such as White Horse - is available on request.
2. What is your MOQ?
No strict MOQ for stock items - you can order from 1 piece. For scheduled or custom orders, MOQ depends on the manufacturer and will be confirmed in your quotation.
3. How fast will I get a quote?
Within 2 business hours for part lists and BOMs received before 18:00 (GMT+8).
4. What is the lead time?
In-stock parts ship within 24 hours. Non-stock or allocation items are typically 4-8 weeks; we will confirm per line in your quotation.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
T/T bank transfer and PayPal. Credit terms are available for regular customers after review.
6. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes - DHL, FedEx, UPS, and dedicated freight forwarders. In-stock orders dispatch the same or next business day.
7. Can you sign an NDA for my BOM?
Absolutely. Your BOM and project information are kept strictly confidential; we sign NDAs on request.
8. What if a part is defective?
Quality issues are fully covered - we arrange replacement or refund through your dedicated account manager. Every order ships with date code and COC for full traceability.
