Note: Now obsolete - Qorvo announced end of life on 13 Nov 2015 with last-time buy 20 May 2016; suggested replacements are AH323, TQP9111 or TQP7M9104. Correction to the brief: the AH314-G is not a SOT-89 gain block but a 5x5 mm QFN-16 two-stage 2 W linear driver amplifier. OIP3 of 45 dBm is the Qorvo/RFMW published typical value; the datasheet itself specifies IM3 and EVM rather than a guaranteed OIP3.
