- 1 GHz wideband low-noise amplifier MMIC with bypass mode
- 3.3 V wideband amplifier designed for high linearity, low-noise applications from 40 MHz to 1 GHz
- Especially suited for Set-Top Box applications
- Housed in a 6‑pin SOT363 (TSSOP6) plastic SMD package
