- Can be controlled using either single-pin or complementary control inputs

- Manufactured on pSemi's UltraCMOS™ process, a patented variation of silicon-on-insulator (SOI) technology on a sapphire substrate
- Housed in a green, ultra-small 6-pin SC-70 package
