Note: This is a 90-degree hybrid coupler, not a filter. Datasheet total loss = insertion loss + 3.0 dB theoretical split loss (e.g. 2.98 dB total at 2500 MHz). Pins: 1 = sum port, 4 = port 1 (0 deg.), 6 = port 2 (+90 deg.), 2/5 = ground, 3 = external 50 ohm termination. The 'D' version (QCN-34D+) allows DC at the RF ports.
